As a People & Culture HR Assistant, your role is all about our people and understanding the business. Daily, you will be involved in many areas of People & Culture, which may include coordinating daily plans for staff coverage, supporting employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, or payroll and attendance. This position requires evening and weekends.
For instance, to ensure an amazing customer experience, it’s important we hire the best of the best. You will support the interviewing process to fill in-store positions, and other recruiting initiatives such as crafting relationships with local colleges and universities. You’ll embody our dedication to employee success by ensuring support of our training and orientation program for all new team members.
As a P&C Assistant, you will have 1 year of transferable HR experience and strong people skills. You’ll also be expected to work a flexible schedule within our retail environment. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
