Reward Analyst

Role: Reward Analyst
The Reward Analyst will be responsible for supporting a sustainable high-performance culture through the design and implementation of comprehensive reward programs.
Job Details:
  • Support the development of a reward framework that aligns with the business objectives and maintains a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structure that will attract, engage, recognize and reward high performing employees
  • Partner with the Head Office Reward team to perform full compensation cycle for US positions; compensation planning and other compensation related activities.
  • Ownership of US salary survey submission
  • Support the implementation of global policies and processes in areas like incentive program design, benchmarking, and benefits
  • Proactively monitor benefits and compensation market trends and the financial aspects of the compensation, benefit, and reward programs to ensure they are cost effective, internally equitable and externally competitive
  • Manage leave of absence programs with 3rd party leave administrator, to include long term disability, short term disability, FMLA and state leaves
  • Administration of the Ceridian Dayforce Benefits module, including the benefit enrollment, COBRA and PPACA module
  • Partner with US Reward Manager on annual benefit filings and audits to include PPACA, 5500 and 401(k) audit
  • Create and maintain benefit communication materials
  • Research and troubleshoot escalations for benefits related inquiries
  • Manage benefits reporting and invoices

Desired Experience:
  • 2+ years relevant experience in a Reward role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Understanding of business strategies, competitive challenges and the financial impact of HR decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mind-set are essential
  • Intermediate or proficient Microsoft skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
