The Reward Analyst will be responsible for supporting a sustainable high-performance culture through the design and implementation of comprehensive reward programs.
Job Details:
- Support the development of a reward framework that aligns with the business objectives and maintains a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structure that will attract, engage, recognize and reward high performing employees
- Partner with the Head Office Reward team to perform full compensation cycle for US positions; compensation planning and other compensation related activities.
- Ownership of US salary survey submission
- Support the implementation of global policies and processes in areas like incentive program design, benchmarking, and benefits
- Proactively monitor benefits and compensation market trends and the financial aspects of the compensation, benefit, and reward programs to ensure they are cost effective, internally equitable and externally competitive
- Manage leave of absence programs with 3rd party leave administrator, to include long term disability, short term disability, FMLA and state leaves
- Administration of the Ceridian Dayforce Benefits module, including the benefit enrollment, COBRA and PPACA module
- Partner with US Reward Manager on annual benefit filings and audits to include PPACA, 5500 and 401(k) audit
- Create and maintain benefit communication materials
- Research and troubleshoot escalations for benefits related inquiries
- Manage benefits reporting and invoices
Desired Experience:
- 2+ years relevant experience in a Reward role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Understanding of business strategies, competitive challenges and the financial impact of HR decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mind-set are essential
- Intermediate or proficient Microsoft skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
