People & Culture HR SupervisorYour role is all about our people so you’ll be focused on their success and understanding the business. You will build relationships, coach and influence employees while liaising with Store Management across the business.On a daily basis, you will be involved in many areas of People & Culture, including employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, scheduling or payroll and attendance.For instance, to ensure an amazing customer experience, it’s important we hire the best of the best. You will lead the interviewing process to fill in-store positions, and other recruiting initiatives. Once hired, you’ll embody our commitment to employee success by ensuring our top-notch training and orientation program for all new team members. As a People & Culture leader, you will coach your team and provide feedback and motivation to improve work and facilitate career growth. You will be expected to maintain an up-to-date understanding of company guidelines and relevant legislation to ensure a safe working environment for all. This position requires two or more years of HR experience, including supervisory experience. Experience in several of the critical HR functions is imperative, such as employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, scheduling or payroll. You’ll also be expected to work a flexible schedule within our retail environment. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Here, you’ll find opportunities to grow.
