Assistant Store Manager
You will manage the daily operation of the store to ensure our customers have an amazing experience. You will also work to maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team. By exceeding customer expectations and delivering on Primark’s proposition (outstanding VALUE; amazing FASHION in an exciting retail ENVIRONMENT while ensuring the customer experiences quality SERVICE) you’ll drive store sales to achieve targets.
Assistant Store Managers have the power to impact the business daily, by managing inventory, moving product in accordance with customer demand and by being commercial (meaning that you’ll know what is trending and thus order your merchandise daily to drive sales).
To be successful in this role, you must have 4 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment. Fashion retail background is essential. Our Assistant Managers typically join us from either Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experiences. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
