You will lead the store team, maximize sales and ensure our customers have an experience that is second to none. By exceeding customer expectations and delivering on Primark’s proposition (outstanding VALUE; amazing FASHION in an exciting retail ENVIRONMENT while ensuring the customer experiences quality SERVICE) you’ll drive store sales to achieve targets.
Managing inventory and utilizing your commercial skills (meaning that you’ll know what is trending and your team will order merchandise daily to drive sales) is crucial. You will influence visual merchandising and stock decisions to maximize sales while monitoring operational costs.
As a leader in the store, you’ll maintain a high performance team through encouragement, learning and collaboration with an employee population of hundreds of team members. Building relationships with local community and business leaders is also essential to build Primark’s brand.
We’re looking for someone with 5 years of management experience from a big box, larger store or multi-site high volume retail environment. Possessing strong commercial accumen, fashion related experience, passion for the customer experience, as well as experience in strategy, execution, budgeting and cost control are essential. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
