Meet Junior. Retail Supervisor.
I used to work as a fitness training manager, but I’ve always been interested in fashion. I wanted to work at Primark because of the exposure to high fashion trends, and to evolve my retail and customer service skills. There are a lot of opportunities for me here. I can see myself growing within the company and continuing to guide and mentor new employees.
Running a smooth shift
I’ve been at Primark for a year and 7 months, and since then I’ve moved from Retail Assistant to Supervisor. As a supervisor, I want everyone’s shift to be smooth sailing. That’s why I like to stay positive. I always check-in with my team and let them know that I’m here to help. We work as a team and help each other out. It creates a good environment to work in
Return customers
My goal is to give customers a caring, enjoyable and welcoming experience so they’re satisfied and want to come back, not just locally to my store, but wherever there’s a Primark. I feel a sense of pride working here because it’s such a great, respected brand. I’m really happy to be a part of the Primark community.

A tight-knit team
Everyone’s so close here. We all come from different cultures and speak different languages. The tight-knit environment makes it feels like you’re back at college. It’s great to come into work and be among friends.
